Order Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order after it is processed and sent to be printed you will be charged for the work that has been completed prior to cancellation or changes made (varies by vendor.) Any order in the faxed or order entry stage can be canceled at no charge. Orders that are in the typesetting stage can be cancelled for a minimum fee of $10. Once an order has been sent to the production facility you will be charged for the order in full.
Return Policy
At MJPaperie.com we are committed to providing an enjoyable shopping experience for you. Our goal is to try our best to ensure your satisfaction with the products you receive from us. All orders are proofed for spelling, grammar, wording and etiquette however, we cannot verify some customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names, unusual event locations, town or street names, the date of your event or anything else out of the norm so please review your wording carefully. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation where you will be able to review the spelling of your text. Contact us immediately if you need to make a correction. We recommend you request a digital proof (costs vary between vendors) to review your order one last time before it is printed, especially for time sensitive or more costly events, such as weddings.
Changes in your order BEFORE it is printed
If you purchase a digital proof proof, you are able to make changes to your order during the proofing process before your order goes to press. There may be additional proof fees incurred for any changes made after your first proof. Please contact us with any questions. If you do not purchase a proof and notice an error in one of your order confirmations, please contact us immediately and we will try to stop your order and make the necessary changes before it is printed. We cannot guarantee that we can stop your order in time. It will depend on how quickly your order is being processed by the vendor.
Errors made by MJ Paperie or the Vendor
If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff or one of our vendor, we will gladly reprint it at no cost to you. We will do everything we can to accommodate your purchases made with us to the best of our ability.
