  • Joe and Michelle said their vows inside Notre Dame's Basilica of the Sacred Heart

I spent Friday afternoon attending the wedding of Joe and Michelle, some our close friends and fellow ND alums. The Basilica on the campus is so beautiful and such a special place to celebrate a wedding. This was the first wedding Dave and I have attended since our own vows so it was fun to be on the other side. Although we are both Notre Dame alumni we chose to wed in my home town but the Basilica will always be a special place for us. Joe and Michelle were so beautiful and the entire wedding day wowed from start to finish! Here are some of my favorite images from the celebration!

Michelle was stunning in Monique L'huillier's "Sunday Rose" gown

Michelle carried the Fleur-de-Lis design throughout her paper suite including the escort card holders

The pink signature drink had a pop-rocks rim! So fun!

These Notre Dame Football Helmet cufflinks were a gift from Michelle to her groom

Such a stunning bride! Here we are mingling the cocktail hour!

    A married man!

The reception took place in a tent behind the Morris Inn on Notre Dame's campus. A chandelier was the centerpiece of the reception decor with tall floral arrangements on every table.

Loved the trios of single flower varieties at the reception – especially the peonies! My favorites!

The dress! Looked amazing in full swing on the dance floor!

    Congrats you guys!!
